Once your order is confirmed, it is usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery within Pakistan generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, and other unforeseen delays. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
For orders within Pakistan, Jezavin offers several convenient payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. For selected orders, an advance payment may be required before your order is confirmed.
Returns or exchanges are accepted if you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or significantly different item from what you ordered. The jewelry must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging within the applicable return period. Returns for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or normal wear and tear are not accepted.
You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Return & Exchange Policy will apply. Our team may also contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, so please provide an active and accurate phone number at checkout.
